Where is COVE?
Suite 222 inside Image Studios, 11 7th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, in downtown St. Pete. Come through the Image Studios lobby and take Suite 222.
When do you open, and when are you open each week?
COVE opens Monday, November 9, 2026, by appointment. Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday 3 PM to 6 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM, and closed Sunday. COVE is also closed November 26, December 24, December 25, December 31, and January 1.
How does booking work?
Book online. Booking is free. A card on file holds your appointment and is not charged today. Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead at no charge. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours are charged $50 to the card on file.
What does a facial cost?
The Signature Facial is $125. The Deluxe HydraFacial is $225 and the Platinum HydraFacial is $275. Grand opening pricing runs through December 31, 2026. Every price is on the menu.
Which facial should I book first?
If you are not sure, start with the Signature Facial. Kate looks at your skin first and chooses each step for that day.
Is there an opening gift?
Yes. The first 20 clients get a GlyMed+ gift set with any full-price facial.
Who will I see?
Kate Markopoulos, a Florida licensed Full Specialist with six years in aesthetics. She is HydraFacial certified and an acne specialist, and she sees teens as well as adults.
Do you see teens?
Yes. The Teen Clear Skin Facial is for teens 14 and up, and a parent or guardian comes to the first visit.
Can I have a facial while pregnant or nursing?
HydraFacial, professional peels, and dermaplaning wait until you are no longer pregnant or nursing. A gentle facial, without those steps, can still be planned. Read the before and after notes.
Can I add dermaplaning or LED?
Yes, on most facials. Dermaplaning is a $40 add-on and LED light therapy is a $20 add-on, and you choose them when you book. The menu shows which facials take each one.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes. The Virtual Acne Protocol is a 45-minute video visit for $125, with a written plan.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards can be bought online in any amount and are sent by email.
