Booking policy

COVE holds the hour for you. If it goes empty, it cannot simply be handed to the next chair. The policy is firm because the time is the practice. It is also simple, and you will see it again before you book. Payment is taken in Mangomint, without leaving this site.

• Paid when booked

  Your appointment is charged in full when you book it. That payment is your visit, not a fee on top of it. Saving a card without charging it does not hold the hour.

• 48 hours

  Life happens. Cancel or move the visit with at least 48 hours’ notice and your payment moves with you, or comes back to you. There is no extra fee for changing it in time.

• Inside 48 hours

  Inside 48 hours, half the appointment is kept and half is refunded. The hour is already difficult to fill. Half is the usual standard, and it is enough to protect the day without keeping everything.

• No-show

  If you do not come, the full payment is kept. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated the same way when there is not enough time left to do the service well.

• Memberships

  The month is already paid. With 48 hours’ notice the visit can move inside that month. Inside 48 hours, or a missed visit, that month’s service is used. It is not charged a second time.

• Series

  The Clear Protocol and Three Platinums are paid once and are not refunded. Visits follow the same 48-hour rule. A late cancel or a no-show uses that visit. The Clear Protocol is twelve weeks. Three Platinums are used within six months.

• If COVE must cancel

  If the studio has to cancel, you choose: a full refund, or a new time. You should not be the one who absorbs that.
