Before and after

For two days before, pause retinoids, scrubs, waxing, and leave-on acids. Peels wait until you are no longer pregnant or nursing, and a peel is not offered if you take a prescription oral acne medication or finished one in the last six months. A peel may flake. Leave it alone and do not pick. Sunscreen is the aftercare that matters.
